Elizabeth Gonçalves leads Hillsdale Investment Management Inc.’s Talent Acquisition and Development efforts. Elizabeth has over 20 years of experience working in various Human Resources (HR) roles including in HR Operations, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto in History and Anthropology and an MBA from Centenary College (NJ). Amongst many other subject areas, she has training in the Korn Ferry Hay Job Evaluation Methodology, the Art of Facilitation, Digital Marketing, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Agile Foundations, International Project Management, Volunteer Management and HR Management.  Elizabeth describes herself as a lifelong learner. Elizabeth joined Hillsdale in November 2021.
