Arek Klauza

Arek Klauza is responsible for leading Hillsdale’s Data and Software Engineering department, driving the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of proprietary systems that power the firm’s real-time research and portfolio management platform. Prior to joining Hillsdale, Arek was the key person in charge of architecting and managing the development of all portfolio analytics systems for CPPIB's hedge fund department. Arek also worked at the Bank of Canada’s trading floor as part of the team managing the Canadian Government’s multi-currency fixed income and derivatives investment portfolio. Arek holds a BBA, B.Sc. Computer Science and is a CFA Charterholder. Arek joined Hillsdale in April 2019.
